as talked in wechat, although AML give new patch about PIP resize issue, it still happen issue.
according to Digicap's comment, they already set for resize properly and it also receive callback to UI.
However, Driver don't receive a right value. it seem to receive as height 1080 . so Digicap think it seem be android's bug.
they will make an workaround solution later.
after see a log below, please ask it to a google.

Don't forget to mention which version of Android you're using, and/or which

I answer as below.

- Steps to reproduce the problem
  . I don't know about sample code.
  . step to reproduce.
      app : applications in TV앱.
     1. Move to TV앱
     2. Execute SmartHome
     3. push HomeKey before launcher application( in a loading screen)
     4. push a guide table of a program( keycode_guide, 편성표)
     5. if happen issue, you can see a wrong size at top of right.
     6. Move to Multivew.
     7. you can see a wrong size at veiw2,view4..

- What you think the correct behavior should be.
    
Player ask to resize to UI and UI also set a proper value .
android frame also notice as callback to UI. But suddenly Hwcomposer don't receive a proper value.

For Google engineer, they don't have environment. Please provide small sample program, Google engineer will use sample program to verify this issue with their standard Android TV Box.
Note: The sample code should be executed successfully on their reference board.

I receive a step of procedure and called code from digicap.

step
  1. Play MediaPlayer (live)
  2. Execute other App of Web ( ActivityStartActivity())
  3. Terminate MediaPlayer
           MediaPlayer release in surfaceDestroyed() of SurfaceHolder.Callback.
  4. Push HomeKey
  5. Play MediaPlayer
         MediaPlaer prepare - start in surfaceCreated() of SurfaceHolder.Callback
  6. push a key for a guide table of a program( keycode_guide, 편성표)
  7. after loading a guide table, Resize Player.
         RelativeLayout.LayoutParams layoutParams = new RelativeLayout.LayoutParams(width, height);
          surfaceView.setLayoutParams(layoutParams);

Before reporting issue, we need all the information that I mentioned.
If Digicap think the issue is related to Android Framework. I think this issue should be reproduced on standard Android TV.

Please provide the simple sample program and part of sample code that Google engineer can reproduce this issue using standard Android TV on their side.
